What is the difference between Cereal Number and what I can buy at the store?
We’d like to think there is a world of difference: We care more about flavors and quality that the cost of an ingredient. . We love cereal and are on a mission to always bring out new cereals that are amazing. We even have our own chef crafting each new recipeWe bake fresh every month. We have a simple rule: If it’s not delicious, unique & healthy, we won’t make it.
Why don’t you make Keto or other special diet cereals?
Our goal is to make delicious and heathy cereal all while putting a fresh spin on classic flavors. We don’t follow trends. We believe that simple whole grain and lower sugar cereals are the way to go. That said, we are aways open to new heathy ingredients and proven healthy eating ideas, so tell us what you’d like to see next? email@example.com
Why do you use honey, sugar or maple syrup instead of sugar substitutes?
We prefer to use real sugars in moderation instead of looking for ways to fake sweetness. We are constantly working to keep sugar low, including some savory very low sugar cereals in the works.
What if I don’t love the cereal?
Most people love our cereal and we hope you do too. But if you are unhappy with your cereal for any reason, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you out a replacement cereal, a monthly credit for your next shipment or issue you a refund minus shipping.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Besides saving 15% off our retail pricing, your pantry will always have cereal on hand. You’ll also get a free sample bag of any new flavors we release. And when we craft new flavor ideas, our subscribers get to vote and help us pick our next flavors. Think of it as a healthy cereal club.
How much is shipping?
We ship all our cereals for a flat rate of $5.99 per order.
How soon will I receive my order?
Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 days via UPS or USPS depending on where you live. If you are subscribing you’ll receive your next box approximately the same day each month as your first order arrived.
How can I track my cereal shipment?
We send an email with a tracking number every month when your order is shipped. This tracking number can also be found by login in to your account here: cerealnumber.com/account/login
